KATYA AND KIRILL: Wedding Geographic

Her name is Katya Donova. She is the founder and creative soul behind Russian wedding agency called “Wedding Geographic”. She is the wife and mom of two beautiful kids. Katya organised multiple destination weddings for her guests, but never had a chance to celebrate her own somewhere far and beautiful. During her visit to South Africa we decided to celebrate their 4 year wedding anniversary in a real “Wedding Geographic” style. What a privilege to photograph Katya and Kirill. Making other people’s wedding dreams come true here in South Africa is a blessing. Jenya Zhivaleva Photography is a proud representative of Wedding Geographic in SA.

Она организовала не одну свадьбу для своих гостей, но не было шанса отпраздновать ее собственную где-то далеко и красиво. Во время ee визита в Южную Африку, мы решили отметить четырехлетнюю годовщину свадьбы Кати и Кирилла в формате “Wedding Geographic ”. Одно удовольствие фотографировать ребят в такой красоте. ILZE AND TAL

Amazing, fairy-like wedding in the forest of Knysna. Ilze and Tal made a lifelong promise to each other at their self-made altar at Jubilee Creek, outside Knysna. The ceremony was very special, with lots of tears, smiles and blessings. At times it was challenging to stay focused. All I wanted to do is to watch these beautiful souls dancing with each other in their celebration and bathe in their love.

Ceremony was followed by fun reception at Totties, outside Knysna. Its impossible not to mention creative decorations and unique style of the wedding, created by bride Ilze. Thank you Ilze and Tal for a wonderful experience!

On the 20th of December 2014 I  photographed an amazing, fairy-like wedding in the forest of Knysna. Ilze and Tal made a lifelong promise to each other at their self-made altar at Jubilee Creek, outside Knysna. The ceremony was very special, with lots of tears, smiles and blessings. At times it was challenging to stay focused. All I wanted to do is to watch these beautiful souls dancing with each other in their celebration and bathe in their love.

Vanessa is the owner of the Besters’ Bridal Boutique in Knysna, hence the gorgeous dress and shoes, and Darryl is the artist behind Goldsmiths Knysna. It sounds like a match made in heaven.  Wedding rings were designed by the groom as a wedding gift. Their ceremony was special indeed. Lots of smiles, tears and laughter.
