Moms spend only and hour for themselves a day. And that is not an hour in a row, but little moments like brushing teeth, showering and eating combined. That is a crazy average statistic I read the other day on one of the parenting websites. So somehow we want to remain ourselves while being a mother, a wife, a friend and a let's say a business holder. Is that even possible? I guess it's all about priorities during different periods of your life. My word goes to all the moms out there who guggle millions of tasks and roles. You are amazing. We are amazing. But we need to slow down sometimes and extend that hour to ourselves. First time after our almost 3 year old boy was born we went with my husband away for a weekend on our own! To reboot, recharge, reconnect, review and just be! It was magic.
